Alpha Works is a diverse new work community, located near the top of the iconic grade II listed Alpha building, offering Hot-Desking, Co-Working and Private Offices on flexible terms.

The space was originally located across two floors, but as a result of letting success in its first year, property company CEG has expanded the space to a third floor.

Alpha Works offers a broad range of shared facilities for its community members, including a double height reception and community hub, a coffee bar, kitchens and breakout seating, meeting rooms, phone booths, quiet rooms, free tea, coffee, filtered drinking water and fruit, and flexible event space.

The Alpha Works team will give a short introduction to the scheme, providing an overview of the innovative design and facilities, as well as an insight into the vibrant community of companies that have made Alpha Works their home.
