The Colmore Business District area is the commercial heart of Birmingham, with around 500 companies, employing around 35,000 people and occupying approximately 5.6 million square feet of office space. As well as being a hub of businesses and professional service firms, the area has a fantastic leisure and hospitality offering, with a high proportion of independents.

Join BCO NextGen Midlands for a one-off walking tour of this unique area and hear from some of the property professionals working in the area about how the office market is evolving and what modern occupiers are seeking in their spaces.

A large number of office buildings in the area have undergone extensive refurbishment in the last few years. We will be visiting some of the latest spaces to come to the market and some newly fitted-out suites, focusing on smaller scale spaces ranging from 3,000-8,000sq.ft.
