Arbor is a 223,000 sq ft sustainable workplace designed with the needs of occupiers in mind and the first building to complete at the 1.4 million sq ft Bankside Yards development. Merlin Entertainments have recently signed on the 16th floor, joining Lewis Silkin, Winkworth Sherwood, Smiths Group and leading global climate consultancy, The Carbon Trust.
