As CEO, Ashley is known for his ability to build high-performance teams, overseeing Multiplex’s UK, Middle East and Canadian portfolios.

He has a long track record of using Multiplex’s position as a major international contractor to create genuine positive impacts for people and the environment. Ashley is committed to improving the lives of young people and has used his significant leadership experience to help deliver meaningful and positive change across London’s communities.

In addition to his work with Multiplex, Ashley is a Trustee for Chickenshed – a charity that promotes diversity and inclusion through theatre performances – and a development board member of the Willow Foundation, which provides support for seriously ill 16-40 year olds across the UK.
