iCentrum consists of an event auditorium for 180 people, exhibition space for up to 500 people, a collection of office suites for SMEs to let on flexible licences, moveable sound proof partitioning to create office suites tailored to tenant requirements, a large bank of co-working desks for iCentrum members and various other flexible working spaces to promote cross fertilisation of ideas and challenge driven innovation. iCentrum is the first phase of the £40million campus expansion plans and companies who take office suites within the new building will benefit from business rates relief for the first 5 years and superfast broadband.

This event is a great opportunity to view iCentrum and what it has to offer but also network with fellow BCO NextGen and Women in Property members in an informal environment. It’s also a perfect first event for new members and those looking to join the BCO NextGen and/or Women in Property. The evening will start at 5.30pm with beers/wines/soft drinks and snacks on arrival, followed by briefing on iCentrum and building tour by Dr David Hardman MBE, CEO of Innovation Birmingham Ltd.
