The Parallax Building at 270 Cambridge Science Park underwent an extensive CAT A refurbishment to provide low carbon, modern working conditions across 38,535 sq. ft of multi tenanted office space. Altium, who are the market leaders in PCB Design Tools, have recently undertaken an extensive CAT B fit out on the top floor of the building and open their doors to the BCO members to view the space.

With office locations worldwide, the design for the new Altium UK HQ draws influence from their workspaces in America and further afield. The office combines dedicated spaces for the technical developers and sales teams within the business, with each occupying one side of the top floor of 270 Cambridge Science Park, linked by a central corridor. Wellbeing, sustainability, and communications with the wider team around the world were all key considerations within the design.
