The Foster + Partners-designed Two Central Square, Hugh James’ new 100,000 ft² office, in the most sought-after business district of Cardiff, was built in partnership with Rightacres Property to create one of the UK’s leading corporate workplaces. From inception to delivery, client and developer have worked hand-in-glove to create a completely bespoke office which allows staff to thrive in their day-to-day work and the business to achieve its ambitious growth plans.

Throughout the project significant decisions have been made between Hugh James and Rightacres around the structure and size of the building, as well as the fit out and environmental impact; all with the purpose of creating an incredible workplace which exceeds the expectations of the firm’s staff and clients and meets responsibilities to the community and environment head-on.

The workplace has pushed the boundaries of professional offices and provided market-leading headquarters for one of the UK’s leading firms.
