Enterprise Wharf is the first Smart Tech building brought forward by Bruntwood in Birmingham. The 120,000 sq. ft. building is set across 10 floors, all within a unique landscape setting. The building has been developed with digital and tech business in mind. But the Enterprise Wharf building is just the start and Bruntwood, working with Aston University and Birmingham City Council, have recently launched ambitious plans to develop this part of the city into a world class innovation district, B-IQ.

The building tour will be followed by a panel discussion on the future of B-IQ and its place within the Birmingham Knowledge Quarter. We are delighted to be joined by Aston University’s Vice-Chancellor, Professor Aleks Subic, Rob Valentine, Birmingham Director of property firm Bruntwood, and Paul Kitson, Birmingham City Council’s Strategic Director of Place, Prosperity and Sustainability, and chair Angela Reeve, Senior Director at Turley.
