10 Brindleyplace is set to be reinvented with a complete replacement of its façades, a generous new double height reception space, large modern open plan office floors and a range of occupier amenity facilities.

The ‘back to the frame’ scheme will see the creation of 210,000 sq ft of high quality Cat A offices, combining two buildings, 10 and 8 Brindleyplace into one, to create a 27,000 sq ft floorplate, one of the largest available in the city.

The scheme has a strong focus on sustainability, with a 59% reduction in operational carbon. It will be Birmingham’s first Fitwel accredited building and will implement smart building technology, including a workplace app for all occupants.
