The Maurice Wilkes Building forms the focal point to the approach to St John’s Innovation Park, in North East Cambridge.

The client, St John’s College Cambridge required:
• A speculative office that needed to be extremely flexible for multiple tenants’ options, with a 65,000 sq ft approximate NIA.
• A building that would respect the Park’s vernacular and also set a benchmark and establish a design approach for the Park’s future buildings.
• A building that would be cost effective, well designed, high quality, sustainable, robust and that would age well.

The design team delivered this and more!

The building is now 95% let and the tour will be preceded by an introduction to the project and a short presentation on the building’s design by BCR.Infinity Architects.
