Delivering best in class facilities as both a developer and a client is a challenge that is rarely faced. Against a backdrop of intense time pressures which saw a compulsory purchase order of IM groups Coleshill HQ served by HS2, the IM Properties team had two years to find suitable land, achieve a complex planning permission and deliver a first class regional HQ campus for a growing modern company.

Led by the IM Properties in house project delivery team, this scheme needed to tick many boxes including achieving positive sustainability, improving staff wellbeing and pushing the boundaries of what can be delivered in modern offices, all whilst reviewing the company working culture and developing a brief, dovetailed with a challenging construction programme.
