Part of the Salford Central masterplan, New Bailey represents an exemplar of mixed-use destinations and sets the scene for future redevelopments in Greater Manchester.
The event will start with a 45 minute in-person presentation about the masterplan’s development. This will include its current focus on net zero carbon in operation with the design of Plot A3, which is set to become one of the first buildings built to the new NABERS UK scheme.
Following the event, attendees will tour the development and get the chance to learn about the evolution of New Bailey, its sustainability strategy and future plans.
