At the third of our Environment, Social & Governance Group (ESG) workshops, join us for an interactive workshop on the potential effects of climate change and the risks associated to your assets

The theme for discussion is ‘Climate Adaptation and Risk’. This is the focus of the new GRESB Resilience module, which requires real estate companies and funds to evaluate how they are preparing for potentially disruptive events and changing conditions, assessing long-term trends, and becoming more resilient over time.

The presentations will be followed by a structured, interactive workshop where members will be invited to discuss and share their thoughts on how the new BCO Guide update might reflect these important issues.
