Join us for a virtual tour of The Works at Unity Campus, part of Howard Group’s new 260,000 sq ft high specification business and technology R&D park, designed to complement and support the South Cambridge Cluster. The Works provides a total of 63,000 sq ft of flexible modern business space offering individual demises from 7,500 sq ft. Colin Brown from Howard Group and Jayne Kelly from NBBJ will present the overall masterplan for Unity Campus and discuss the evolution of the park over recent years. NBBJ will present their design intent and response to the brief for the first phase of development, which involves the retention of the original concrete frame and substructure. A virtual tour will then bring The Works to life focussing on the layouts, fitouts and technical specifications of the constituent parts of the building. In particular we will seek to pick out where challenges or opportunities may arise to address the changing needs of occupiers in the post Covid-19 workplace.
