The client and design team worked closely to deliver this high quality BREEAM excellent building through the pandemic and within the current challenged in the commercial market. Now mostly let this is an opportunity to view this new workspace.

The tour will be hosted by Newflex/Serendipity Labs and will include talks from Brookgate (developer) on the building and wider Cambridge North masterplan, Perkins + Will (architect) and Newflex/Serendipity Labes (ground and first floor tenant) on tehri presence in Cambridge.
