The tour will be hosted by Serendipity Labs in their newly opened space at One Cambridge Square which features a spectrum of contemporary office space options, including private offices, dedicated desks, team rooms and flexible co-working and drop-in plans. Attendees will also hear talks from Brookgate (developer) on the building and wider Cambridge North masterplan, and Perkins + Will (architect).
