The mixed office and open lab space of The Hive covers 77,016 ft2 on one all-inclusive level. The Tech Barn offers over 17,631 ft2 of focused laboratory, testing and build space for multiple projects. The Hub, covering 9,591 ft2, offers a staff restaurant, gym, as well as collaboration, agile working and social space for all to enjoy.
