Hope Street Yard has been transformed to highly sustainable and attractive modern workspaces full of character. The buildings achieve a best-in-class EPC rating of A+ and provide 23 light and airy work areas ranging from 121 sq. ft. to 1137 sq. ft., with communal spaces which are open to the wider community for events.

Following the tour, delegates are welcome to congregate in Limoncello on Mill Road, as there is no café on site. Please note that a large part of the tour will take place in the outside spaces, so it is advised that you dress in warm clothing.
