This new HQ building located at the entrance to the Science Park, developed by TusPark Cambridge and designed by Scott Brownrigg, totals 118,000 sq ft over four floors, with an imposing full height atrium and a third floor roof terrace with views across the Park.

The adjoining building, 1 Cambridge Science Park, which provides 94,000 sq ft of equally impressive space has already been let to Mathworks and this BCO tour, kindly hosted by Ed Hayden, lead director at Scott Brownrigg, provides members with a rare and early opportunity to view this latest grade A space at the Science Park. Numbers are limited and although no post-tour refreshments will be available at the building, attendees are welcome to adjourn to the Bradfield Centre café for a mid- morning coffee.
