The design team worked closely with leading landscape architects to create shared spaces around the building and structural engineers to deliver physical flexibility and divisibility in-use throughout the building as the market may dictate.

The team will lead a tour of the building followed by speeches (from Andy Warrack from Hoare Lea (M&E), Felicity Hayward from Scott Brownrigg (architects), Andrew Blevins from Prologis and John Sommerville from Creative Places) at 9:15. We invite everyone to join us for coffee, pastries, and bacon sandwiches after the tour.
