Katrina Kostic Samen, Managing Partner of KKS strategy and Craig O’Donnell, Head of Information Systems at Land Securities, will present the recently BCO commissioned research report on Corporate Culture and how office moves and consolidations can create culture change. This report examines the way in which organisations must embrace change in order to survive day-to-day issues, challenges and crises. Furthermore, it looks at how the design of workspace and company leadership can create a work environment that ensures an engaged and productive workforce who will support the company vision and contribute to its commercial success.

Following the presentation Legal & General will introduce the recent refurbishment works of the Lewis Building and conduct a building tour. This historic building was acquired by Legal & General in 2014 and refurbishment works completed this year have provided nearly 113,000 sq ft of prestigious grade A office space.
