Located in the heart of the Colmore Business District, the refurbishment and extension of the Grade II listed 81 Colmore Row has breathed new life into the building.

Responding to recent changes in ways of working, the refurbishment provides flexible breakout space and meeting rooms to enhance employee connectivity, interaction, and collaboration. The new terrace extension promotes strong connections to the outdoors, encouraging people to enjoy more time outside to benefit occupants’ well-being and productivity.

Original architecturally significant features, such as Corinthian columns, cornices and panelling have been preserved, highlighting the building’s distinct heritage. The tour will be led by Simon Lamprell, Regional Director at AHR who was lead architect for the scheme.
