Focussed on the comfort and wellbeing of commercial tenants, The Enterprise Centre is supported by a Passivhaus certified and BREEAM Outstanding design and has recently rated in the top 5% of buildings surveyed by independent researchers, BSRIA.

The delivery of the project has flexed the power of the circular economy in East Anglia, bringing together the regional supply chain, local business, academics and the community.
