The BCO Awards scheme is the UK’s premier workplace award. It celebrates excellence annually in a variety of categories with regional and national classes, culminating in a Best of the Best award. This event aims to de-mystify the process by explaining the judging criteria, with examples from previous years and contributions from a range of judges. As well as providing feedback the aim is to demonstrate best practice in submissions and encourage your entries for 2007
