What makes a successful Awards entry? Find out at the London Awards Launch hosted at One Sixty, this year’s regional winner in the Corporate Workplace category.

One Sixty is a bespoke redevelopment by Great Portland Estates that was tailored to the exact requirements of the tenants, Double Negative. It has imposing frontages offering light on three sides and the floor plates provide a mix of open plan and cellular offices with conference rooms, break-out areas, communications rooms and a cafeteria. Technical adjustments were also required; the power supply was augmented and base build chiller and a heat rejection plant was provided to meet the specific heating and cooling requirements.
