National and Regional Award winner of Fit-out of Workplace

Fundamental to any successful fit-out is the new environment’s ability to contribute to the well-being and productivity of the workforce. It was clear to the judges that BDP’s fit-out fully met these criteria.

The client took a relatively bold approach to aspects of its new environment.
Consulting with staff user groups, PwC took the decision to accommodate all work functions on one large floor plate and reap the benefits of crossing lines of service to clients between business units. This was supplemented by a separate half floor comprising client/reception/presentation space/library/quiet space.

The accurate delivery of the client’s brief by the professional team has brought the entire project together. In terms of value for money, it would be hard to find a better project at this year’s awards.
