With the objective of improving staff morale, Johnson & Johnson relocated 500 staff from two sites in the south east to this new building in the woodland around Wokingham.

Working closely with the base build development team, the fit-out team has carefully crafted an office that is highly flexible and contributes well towards business performance and well-being.

Accommodating a wide range of highly specific functions including an eye-care training lecture theatre, staff gymnasium and a high street coffee shop; the staff and visitors alike are certainly well provided for.

The campus is now used on a wider basis by all Johnson & Johnson employees who come specially to use the facilities. Cleverly designed circulation and future proofing for increased capacity enhances the current layout, and also enables an extension of a further 80,000 sq ft to be seamlessly added at a future date.
