Stride Treglown’s new Cardiff office, Treglown Court, provides a prime example of its ability to deliver eco- and user-friendly buildings.

Working with Rowan Properties Partnership, Stride Treglown has created a 500m² open plan office accommodating 50 staff on two floors. 

The building as originally conceived had predicted carbon emissions of 14.2kgCO2/m² but has now achieved an A+ EPC Certificate rating with zero predicted carbon emissions following the installation of a further 102 m² of photovoltaics and is now believed to be the first privately funded carbon neutral office in the UK.
