Many public/private organisations are facing major challenges in estate management as they strive to support the service delivery of tomorrow. In addition to the task of delivering core front line services, organisations also need to reconcile issues such as behavioural change, cultural shift, quality of the work environment, and an increase in energy costs against ever decreasing budgets.

This workshop will address how some key North West organisations have addressed these sensitive issues, and provide an opportunity to discuss future challenges.
