POE Review – 1 Severn Street Place, Birmingham

Post Occupancy Evaluation provides direct feedback on whether the building’s design and operation supports the activities of the occupants. It helps determine whether the anticipated benefits of the project were achieved, allows any residual problems to be addressed and provides useful guidance for future projects.

Associated Architects moved to the Mailbox in 2009, allowing for workplace transformation and as a showcase for their own skills. As the original architect for the Mailbox, they have created a spacious working environment from a former materials storage area.
