Building opportunity: the benefits of whole life carbon to office development

How can whole life carbon be defined, and how does it affect the development of the office sector? This session will explore the views of the agent, architect, cost consultant and developer. The BCO’s ESG has been researching this topic and this session will focus on the research findings and address some of the issues outside the scope of the project. It will also look at how whole life carbon will affect development in practice as well as theory.
