Benefitting from BIM

With BIM attracting so much attention, BCO NextGen in the Midlands would like to invite you to a seminar that will explore who benefits from this new way of working.

The seminar is to be chaired by James Hall, Associate from Associated Architects.

Colin Magner, BIM Manager for Arup, will present on how designers have used BIM to develop new ways of working and the benefits the design team and contractor have enjoyed.

Richard Hartigan, Senior Associate at Eversheds, will then give his thoughts on the legal implications of working in a BIM environment.

To close, Peter Cochrane, Project Director at Birmingham City University will offer an insight into why they decide to adopt BIM for their new city centre campus and will describe some benefits they hope to realise from receiving a single data-rich model upon project handover.
