BCO Midlands Fitness Social – Spin Class

Please come and join the Midlands NextGen Committee put the Climbing Wall and Fitness Suite to the test at 10 Brindleyplace!

Personal trainers will be on hand to guide members around the unique Climbing wall or energise everyone during a spin class.

Afterwards, enjoy a juice and networking as you take in the magnificent amenity space at 10 Brindleyplace.

We ask that attendees wear sports clothes and shoes. All experience levels welcome. Attendees can book either climbing or spin class for their fitness exercise as sessions will run concurrently.
