Helical Bar plc carried out a comprehensive refurbishment of 200 Aldersgate during 2010, launching the building onto the market in early 2011.

The building was given a new lease of life with MoreySmith designed receptions complete with bespoke art work by Rob and Nick Carter, a first class business lounge and café, the City’s finest bike store & changing facility and Virgin Active’s flagship UK gymnasium opening in Spring 2012 in the basement.

Letting progress has been good with 12 leases signed during 2011 to a diversity of occupiers, ranging from law firms to media companies.
