This latest piece of BCO research (to be launched at the event) is a study of office specifications in six cities from across the globe: Abu Dhabi, Bangalore, London, Moscow, New York and Shanghai. The research uses the BCO Guide to Specification 2009 as a basis for a comparison of office standards in these cities and takes into consideration factors such as stage of development, culture and climate.

The research methodology took the form of a survey and structured interview with locally based property professionals. The findings draw on local knowledge in each of our six locations
