The Technology and Innovation Centre (TIC) is a 270,000 sq ft research hub developed by Strathclyde University for world-leading research, transforming the way academics, business, industry and the public sector work in partnership. TIC and inovo together comprise the first wave of development at this new two hectare city centre innovation zone.

inovo is a 43,000 sq ft highly energy efficient Grade ‘A’ office building developed by Scottish Enterprise for the renewable energy sector. It was completed in 2013 and has had early success in attracting some of the industry’s key players. The building’s flexible, highly specified accommodation and innovative, green design was recently recognised by the BCO winning the 2014 Scottish award for Best Commercial Workplace and we now have pleasure inviting BCO members and guests to a VIP tour of this unique building and the adjoining Technology and Innovation Centre.
