Architects and Interior Designers HLW International and General Contractors Shaylor Group facilitated the Post Office’s move from 148 Old Street to a new 55,000sqft facility at Finsbury Dials in the heart of London’s City. The objective was to initiate a cultural change by creating a new state-of-the-art Customer Support Centre with flexible client & visitor spaces. The delivery team had to work closely with the client and design team in order to provide the Post Office with a facility that was not just a space but a place that inspires activity and new ways of doing business.

The project at Finsbury Dials was a truly collaborative effort between all parties involved and represents the evolution of a wider cultural change in the Post Office that functions more effectively as a business. The whole team succeed in delivering a modern facility that truly represents the Post Office as a modern and dynamic business with a bright future.
