The building developers Deeley Freed Estates Ltd bucked the trend with this large floor plate building in Bristol offering up to 38,000 sq ft per floor with capability to split the floor plates for smaller leases, maximising flexibility.

The two storey entrance leads through into two full height atria ensuring that natural light penetrates the floor plates. 

Externally the building responds to the wharf style of the local vernacular utilising brickwork and natural stone as the key materials. Articulated with curtain wall glazing, the design approach has sought to introduce a modern aesthetic in order to attract high quality tenants to the location.
