Designed by Eric Parry Architects, this is a stunning building situated at the head of the Pancras Square office zone.

Externally the building is characterised by its weathered steel structure whilst internally it provides flexible open plan office floorplates which achieved a 2014 BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ award, the first building to do so. The judges’ believed that a combination of all these factors helped Argent secure Universal Music who pre-let the entire building.
