We are joined by Dr Matthew Davis from the Business School, who centres on how people interact with their environment in the office. Matt will share his research on how we can make sure that hybrid is working efficiently and look at how we can ensure it is not only right for business, but also meaningful for employees.

We will also discuss how collaboration with the business school is supporting the University’s own Professional Services teams.

Ann Allen, Director of Campus Innovation and Development, will share the importance of creating purposeful experiences for both students and staff on campus, recognising that education provides the future workforce and therefore plays a huge part in setting expectations for future workplace design.
