ISG are carrying out a full Cat A and services refurbishment on the 14-storey building, whilst adding a 15th level to the building for the property owners, Aberdeen Asset Management. The building has remained occupied throughout the works with the main tenant being TLT LLP, who have continued to occupy the seventh, eighth, and 10th-13th floors during the works.

This event will include a talk, tour and finish with Q&A over lunch. PPE will be required (this includes Hi-Viz, Hard Hat, Gloves, Glasses and site boots) if you do not have PPE please let us know (events@bco.org.uk) when booking your place. We regret that in the event of non-attendance the ticket price cannot be refunded.
