A large, double height space where reception desk, cafe, communal meeting rooms and break out spaces convene to create an exciting entrance experience. New streets are formed with winter gardens at key nodes to create breakout and meeting spaces for collaboration and team working.

Working with an existing structure creates a sustainable template for future, similar developments.

The design team worked closely with Mission Street, the development managers, and the design team comprising Hilson Moran, Heyne Tillett Steel, GIA Equation together with Abakus Consulting as QS, Barton Willmore as planning consultant, and Buro Four as Project Manager.

Richard Warwick from Owers Warwick Architects will lead a tour of the building. There is an on-site café and everyone is invited for coffee and croissants after the tour.
