450 South Oak Way is the UK & Ireland headquarters of PepsiCo and so home to market-leading brands and household favourites like Quaker, Walkers, Pepsi Max and Tropicana. PepsiCo fitted out and moved to Green Park in 2015, following a comprehensive refurbishment of this 105,000 sq ft office by Oxford Properties in 2014. At this event, you’ll hear from Oxford Properties, its professional team and contractor who carried out the Cat A refurbishment, as well as having a tour of the building and its Cat B fit-out by PepsiCo’s UK Head of Facilities.
