Describing the project from the client’s and architect’s perspective, this joint presentation will explore the journey from development of the business case through to completion, and the lessons learned in the development of one of the most sustainable BCO Grade A office buildings in Europe.

David Pringle is the Co-operative Group’s Director of NOMA. He is responsible for NOMA, being delivered in partnership with Hermes Investment Management, developing 4 million square feet of homes, offices, shops, restaurants, hotels and new public space.

Jim Webster is a director of HAUS. Based in Glasgow, he has spent the last 7 years working on the development of the NOMA master plan and was the Project Director for 1 Angel Square (as Director of 3DReid).
