This talk and tour will take guests through the scheme’s evolution, co-ordinated between the client’s UK and Australian design partners; building on Link Group’s Global Brand and Workplace environment, its interiors offer a fresh and self assured aesthetic, offering state of the art facilities to attract and retain the best staff.

The fit-out provides multiple break out areas, Town Hall space and Quiet Rooms, complimented with new lighting schemes, a vast programme of bespoke joinery and internal landscaping. On the top floor a new meeting and presentation suite provides near 360 degree views across the City and the Sky Garden immediately below.

Essential connectivity for the business was made possible by the creation of a new feature staircase through the existing structural floors and emergency power is now available following the complex installation of a new Gas Generator. Works were carried out to an intense 17 week programme whilst the building remained occupied and fully operational.

Wellbeing is at the heart of this new Link office which includes sit/stand workstations for all staff, lockers, touchdown desks, collaboration areas and a choice from a multitude of versatile, ad-hoc spaces to meet & work in a calm and leafy new environment.

Following the tour, guests are invited to stay for refreshments and a chance to network with their peers from the local office market.
