Description While the desire to experiment with new ways of working was the initial motivation for corporates to occupy co-working spaces, companies increasingly value the use of these spaces as a means to transform their business processes, initiate new collaboration and keep up with industry trends. Having initially favoured individual memberships over the leasing of private areas in shared spaces, large corporates in the UK are increasingly seeing the benefits of either developing a co-working area within their own real estate portfolio or leasing a private area in a shared serviced space. A User Experience Survey provides further insight as to how such spaces are perceived by employees.
