Invitation to Tender: BCO Research Project- Office Service Standards & Customer Service

The BCO is looking to commission a new on study in order to develop the BCO Guide to Office Service Standards and Customer Experience. The objective of the study is to bring stakeholders together to agree building management strategies around a common set of service standards to improve performance and satisfaction in multi-occupied buildings. Moreover, the aim is to create a ‘building performance’ scorecard against which these service standards can be measured and investors can be benchmarked. We are pleased to invite your company to submit a proposal for this research study as described in the brief.
