Gary Scott (Chair)
The JR Group

Gary has been a member of the BCO NextGen Scotland Committee since 2016.  During this time, he has played an active part in growing the membership and continually improving the quality of its offering.  Gary is a Director at The JR Group, a Paisley based Construction Group.  There Gary heads the Commercial Property Division dealing with Office, Retail, Education and Leisure sector projects.  Prior to this he spent over 12 years with Overbury Plc, the UKs largest Fit Out Contractor (Part of Morgan Sindall Group). Gary became NextGen Chairman earlier this year succeeding Michael Gallacher of developer, Abstract Securities.  Gary’s aims for NextGen Scotland in 2020 is to reach out to the future generations, provide engaging events in great venues and increase active membership.






Neal Hemingway (Deputy Chair)
Threesixty Architecture 

Neal is an Architect at Threesixty Architecture in Glasgow, where he has worked for the last 7 years. He has designed and been involved in several BCO award winning projects and has a keen interest in how the commercial sector can be a catalyst for the regeneration of the UKs high streets. Neal has been a member of the BCO NextGen Committee since 2018 and currently sits as the Vice Chair.








Mark Beaton
Turner & Townsend           

Mark is an Associate Director with Turner & Townsend in Glasgow. He has been with the Business for 16 years, including 3 years working abroad in South Africa. He has been involved in various projects across Scotland including commercial, leisure, residential and education projects. Mark joined the BCO Next Gen Committee in 2018 and has an active involvement in the various events held throughout the year.






Lucy Galloway
Space Solutions

Lucy is Head of Interior Design at Space based in the Glasgow studio overseeing a range of commercial and public sector projects. With over 12 years practice spanning sector from, workplace and education, visitor experiences and hospitality Lucy’s experience focuses on the consultancy and design process as well as onsite project coordination. She has a strong passion for creating people-centered spaces and keen interest in developing spaces for justice through on-going work with the Scottish Courts. Lucy joined BCO Next Gen committee in Autumn 2019. 







Kirsty Govier
Cooper Cromar

Kirsty is a Project Architect at Cooper Cromar Architects in Glasgow, where she has worked for the last 8 years. She is primarily involved in commercial sector projects which has seen her work on a variety of office, retail and hotel developments. Kirsty has been a member of the BCO Next Gen Committee since the end of 2017.










Kirsteen Lamont

Kirsteen is a surveyor at JLL in Glasgow where she specialises in Office Agency. She is involved in a range of landlord disposals, including the marketing of a number of Grade ‘A’ refurbishments. Kirsteen also represents a variety of occupier clients, advising on their property requirements within Glasgow which has lead to her particular interest in the evolving needs and wants of occupiers from their workspace. She has been a member of the BCO Next Gen Committee since 2018 and is eager to grow her network within the industry.







Teresa Bradshaw-Wong

Teresa is a solicitor at CMS specialising in commercial real estate and acting for a variety of clients in the offices sector including developers, funders, landlords and corporate occupiers. She is also active in the hotels, retail and healthcare sectors. Teresa has been a member of the BCO NextGen Committee since summer 2018 and is keen to extend and grow the BCO NextGen network across Scotland.
