How are the winners chosen? 

NextGen members can cast their votes on all of the nominations submitted for the NextGen's Employer of the Year and NextGen's PropTech Company of the Year Awards, from 8 July until 5 August. 

Award judges have decided on the shortlists and winners of the Rising Star, Graduate of the Year, and Inspirational Leader of the Year Awards. Find out who the shortlisted nominees are below. The winners will be revealed on 12 November at the Awards evening. 


NextGen's Employer of the Year 

Recognising organisations that have created a stimulating and supportive work environment and a real commitment to the welfare of its employees, resulting in high staff satisfaction levels and a well-motivated, ambitious and integrated workforce.

Recognising a senior industry member who has led the next generation of office talent

  • Nominations welcome from those aged 35 and under
  • The nominee can be any age. 
  • Must have contact details for 1 referee who can be contacted by the judges for a supporting statement. The referee can either be the person who has experienced the inspirational leadership, or alternatively a person who has witnessed the nominee leading others.
